The perfect time will never arrive - how perfectionism is keeping you stuck

The fridge was empty.

Or you just hit a wall of exhaustion you couldn’t push through.
And suddenly, everything that felt “under control” slipped.
Maybe you skipped breakfast and by 3pm were elbow-deep in the biscuit tin.
Maybe you grabbed takeaway again and told yourself you’d “start fresh on Monday.”
