Foundational Nutrition & Mind Body Eating Practices
Incorporates science-based Foundational Nutrition education of fats, carbs, proteins and metabolism, with a focus on Adding In grounding and balancing foods (to your existing meal choices) to elevate your energy, balance your blood sugar and your mood.
The addition of MindBody Eating practices into your eating experiences: relaxation, mindfulness, breathwork and awareness helps to manage mindless, binge and emotional eating.
Stress Reduction, Pleasure & Embodiment Practices
Your stress reduction and embodiment practices focus on you as a whole person, where traditional health practitioners often fall short.
Reducing your stress helps to reduce your cortisol and insulin spikes, and movement practices focus on joyful experiences, as well as keeping your nervous system regulated.
Adding In pleasure practices and joy both to your daily life and to your eating experiences are also a focus here to reduce your stress around food.
Structured Intuitive Eating Practices & Long Term Strategy
As we move into this part of the program, we introduce more Structured Intuitive Practices such as Permission, Peace & Forgiveness, Positive Body Image, Embracing Hunger and Finding Your Fullness.
We also start a deeper exploration of food quality and powerful substances (sugar/caffeine/alcohol) and experiment with swapping some of these out using my Swap It Don't Stop It Strategy.
We bring all of the concepts together that we've introduced over 14 weeks, to find your Balance Point moving forward, and plan for long-term success for the remainder of the 12 months!

1. 1 x 90 minute 1:1 Online Consultation - to go over your personal health/medical history, your goals, challenges and lifestyle. (value $220)
2. Your Individual Plan - We'll then map out a path toward your goals, building you a personalised health and wellness plan for the 12 months, tailored to your needs that doesn't feel restrictive or overwhelming. I will prepare this and you'll receive your own copy. (value $300)
3. 7 x 60 minute 1:1 Live Coaching Calls - yours to use over the 12 months, where I'll personally coach and support you 1:1 with a variety of strategies so you can reach your goals. (value $1050)
4. Access to myself - during business hours Tuesday to Friday for 14 weeks, so you can have all your questions answered as they come up. I will also be contacting you regularly to check in and support you. You'll not be left on your own! (value over $2500)
5. A spot in my 12 month Nutrition, Mindset, Stress Reduction Solution Coaching Program. 8 Modules are released over a 14 week period. Hosted online, it includes self-paced educational resources and training videos in areas of foundation nutrition, mind body eating practices, stress reduction, pleasure and embodiment practices, structured intuitive practices and long-term strategy. 6. 14 x Weekly Live Coaching Calls as part of the Group Coaching Program - when the Nutrition, Mindset, Stress Reduction Solution Program is open, I run weekly group training masterclasses for the first 14 weeks. I’d heard about intuitive eating before and liked the idea of it, but I didn’t really understand how it would work in real life. Part of me worried that if I gave myself permission, I’d just overdo it.
Emma helped me see that it didn’t have to be all or nothing. We talked through permission and balance, and using the Hunger and Fullness Scale really helped me to understand myself as an eater. I learned how to listen to my body while still having gentle boundaries.
I wasn’t raised like this - in my household, eating was about finishing everything on your plate so you didn’t waste food, so I didn’t learn how to stop when I was full because I was afraid of getting in trouble as a kid.
Now I don’t feel as anxious around food, and I’m not overthinking what I’m “allowed” to eat. I feel more settled and more trusting of my own choices.

Before working with Emma, I didn’t fully realise how much I used food to cope with being stressed - and I'd find myself feeling guilty if I turned to food when I felt overwhelmed or emotionally drained. But then I’d restrict my diet to try to get back on track and being “good” again.
One of the biggest shifts for me was learning how to intentionally prioritise myself so that I would turn to food less. We worked on planning smaller things into my life to reduce my stress and bring more joy into my life. For me, that meant making time away from my family to explore my own interests - not just organising and driving everyone else to theirs.
I enrolled in painting classes, tried adult hip hop for fun, and started swimming regularly again - something I hadn’t done or enjoyed since I was a child. Over time, my stress and guilt reduced, and my emotional eating shifted naturally as I managed my stress in different ways.
