How I Can Help...

I offer personalised coaching for women either as a 1:1 client, or, in a group setting.  I take into account her genetic makeup, hormones, intolerances, food preferences, cultural practices, family units, work environments and life stressors, as these are all individual.  

These unique components need to be considered when working together, and this powerful knowledge has helped me to support women of varying ages and life stages in a compassionate and caring way.

A one-size-fits-all approach to overcoming our food and body challenges doesn't work....

If you’re not sure how to reach your goals and are thinking about working with a coach to help you, my strategies may suit your needs.  I focus on boosting your energy first - giving you some quick wins, building some confidence and the momentum for you to then keep going.

We don't count calories, remove food groups or use harsh exercise or unrealistic rules that make you want to quit!  We focus on your specific goals and together work on areas of mindset, time management, stress-reduction, and more.

Once you've got these fundamentals down, (and more importantly, your energy back) you can focus on your next health goal - such as weight loss, emotional eating, immunity, blood sugar or digestive issues.  We use a variety of strategies from a structured intuitive eating approach to help you reach your goals in a pressure-free, guilt-free way!
